are the eSATA ports port multipliers?

If I connect a hard drive dock with multiple filled hds slots, for example:
http://www.startech.com/HDD/Docking/4-B ... ATDOCK4U3E
via an Intense PC's eSATA interface, will the bios see multiple hds or just 1?
