Display Port not functioning to LCD on multiple units

Hello,
We have a Fit-PC3 for a large customer project which requires us to use both the display port and hdmi interface. We have an LCD panel, which has been verified to be able to display from a different display port device.
In short on multiple Fit-PC3 pro devices we cannot obtain video output from the Displayport output to our LCD.
We have modified the BIOS setting for display port to HDMI passive, this does not work.
Is there any incompatibility possibilities, what could it be?

Before we investigate further please cross check:
Fit-pc3 DP with another DP display
Your LCD with another DP graphics card
Please inform us of the findings.

We have verified the following functionality:
Another DP device can display to the LCD
DP from Fit-pc3 works through passive HDMI adapter
DP from Fit-pc3 works through analog VGA adapter

Thanks for the info. Another question:
Is your LCD native DP or are you using some kind of a converter DP-->converter-->LCD ?

I suspect that display identification through DP is incompatible with the display driver.
I will check with our engineers if they can come up with a workaround. Which OS are you using?

We are using windows 7 pro 64 bit.

We need to verify that the converter is powered properly - so I have some additional questions:
1. Do you power the converter independently or through the DP interface?
2. Please provide the serial number of the fit-PC3 you are testing with.

The LCD converter receives power independantly from a regulated 12VDC source.

Sorry for the delay.
It is my understanding that you need to replicate this setup for a large project. Would you like to send a converter board to us for testing?
