fit-pc3 has no video signal HDMI

Hi,
Led worked fit the monitor, stopped working out of nowhere.
Already swapped cable, monitor and nothing! monitor states that do not have signal. what to do?

Good day.
1. Do you hear your FitPC3 powers on? Can you toggle num lock status?
2. Have you tried to bring on the BIOS menu?

1. Yes, no response num lock.
2. no video.
how to proceed now?

Please try to detach all the peripherals attached to the FitPC3, but keyboard and HDMI cable. Detach the install HDD. Power up your FitPC3 and try to toggle num lock status.
If the num lock status can't be changed, please consider to RMA the product
