This procedure require some basic tech skill, and extra care. In a case of failure, this will void your warranty, so please make it on your own risk.

To do so please remove the memory modules and PM me the the picture of the board beneath the modules

We have a fit-PC3 Pilot-batch unit with a similar issue.

It boots to a "white" shell screen but without keyboard support.
So we are not able to press Esc for exit or change anything else.

Any way to get around this or should we either RMA the unit or maybe try a BIOS reset as well?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Could you please send me the instructions as well?
Mine was working fine last night, went to start it this morning and it doesn't have any video out (so no screen) and doesn't seem to be responding to the keyboard either :(

I had a look at how to reset the bios on the main board but the battery is soldered and I can't see any jumper anywhere.

Thanks,
Peter

Edit: I measured the CMOS battery voltage and its 2.84 volts, this is a little on the low side isn't it?

Hello Guys,

I also need a hint, I can manage the technical side and I understand the warranty issue, no problem.
Only thing, I use IntensePC. Story is here: (http://www.fit-pc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=96&t=4986).

So, please let me know the way, how to manage it in Fit-PC3, I am interesting to check it in IntensePC.

Thank you in advance!
