USB 3 - "SuperSpeed USB"

Hi you folks,
I wish you will implement this new technology some day, or does it belong to Intel?
USB3 is theorically 10x faster than USB2, sending a 5GB file in 38 seconds. Faster than FireWire2 (approx 5Gbps against 3.2Gbps).
Also USB3 is backwards compatible ((hard and soft) warely) from USB2 to USB1; in brief, advantages are endless!
That'd HUGE!
BTW, is Intel planning to upgrade its HDD IDE interface to SATA3 all by itself?
