FitPC 2i not auto rebooting

i only have one problem with our Fit Pc i and that is when you connect the power it does not boot automatically it did when we originally purchased it then we changed the ssd drive for a larger drive and it will not boot when the power is first connected to it. it does boot if you press the power button. i have even tried replacing the larger drive back to the factory drive with no luck. Is this a hw problem or a setting in the bios that might have been changed. this wouldn't be a problem ut the pc is being used in a remote location and can't be accesed if the power fails to reboot it.
