Ok thanks, i've done that yesterday
For the record, i'll still buy a fit-pc2, but from a european distributor, it will be faster.
The sales team will confirm that my order is canceled by answering my email ?

Yes, and you will see the refund on PayPal.

Well, too late, UPS have the package now. It's ok, but the sales team should be faster at reading emails 
Anyway, i assume you're doing your best, and i can understand that you're kind of overwhelmed by the Fit-PC2 success.

Sorry about that, our sales team is indeed very overloaded.
It is worth making special requests a week or more before expected shipping date.
