Announcements on Twitter?

That's right, for this kind of use it's ideal platform. I'm still looking for similar platform for doing "home server" tasks - home security, cameras, home automation, media streaming, VoIP. But to be reliable, one box should handle very limited scope of such tasks, not all together, which means the same household would probably want to have 3 to 5 of such boxes used for different purposes. And to be popular it got to be affordable, to cost less then fit-PC, around $100 - $150. SheevaPlug could be it, but its ARM based and has no floating point support, which limits its usefulness... Well... still waiting.
