connecting a dc-dc converter/ups

Post by ralphjam »

Hi does the fitpc2i have PSW pins or pads on the mother boards for connecting to a UPS for soft shutdown?
or if there is a unit that can send a shutdown signal after key-off to shutdown the pc gracefully via the usb port ?
cheers,

irads

fit-PC2i does not have explicit soft shutdown features, but UPS can signal fit-PC2i through USB or serial.

Thanks for the reply irads,
can you suggest a device that can do this in a 24v vehicle application?
