RTHDCPL.EXE error

Post by halestorm »

I installed WinXP on a new SSD.
I then installed the WinXP Drivers for FitPC2. (http://www.fit-pc2.com/download/xp-drivers)
After the next (and subsequent) boots I get:

RTHDCPL.EXE - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because HHCTRL.OCX was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Does anyone know what is the cause and the solution for this problem?

Thanks,
Dave

Hi.

This file belongs to audio driver. Try to reinstall it.

I tried that and it didn't change.
