Media Center

Post by zivkovic »

This little monster looks like would be a perfect Media Center which can be well hidden behind the TV and controlled with IR Logitech Harmony remote control.

Can you please test fit-pc2 with XBMC or any other media center software?

Thanks!

As soon a I get a final unit I will test it by Dr. Hinner Germany for its full Linux MCE 704 ability. I will let you have the results ASAP.

Why would you test with 0704 linuxmce.... that is very old.
0710 is current release and 0810 is alpha.

I am currently testing this with LinuxMce 0810 and it works...

Just need to get the drivers ironed out...

With vesa drivers it is unusable.

Just tried Boxee on the default Ubuntu 8.04 install, and... it segfaulted. =S I haven't had much chance to play around with it yet and see what the problem is, but I'll keep you posted.
