Please try to reinstall the drivers from the Wiki:

Yesterday installed linux mint 13. Everythink works except the wifi.
Between devices is not even detected.
I really think it's broken.
Someone recommend me an external wifi card compatible with linux mint?
Fitpc2 is still under warranty but from Italy ... (between shipping costs in both directions and taxes not think I would spend less than $ 60  )

Two comments:
1. Check in device manager or system info is the drivers installed and the module is recognizable
2. Worth to check if module's cable is not disconnected from the connector,
if you have access to it.

the module is not recognizable and the cable is connected (it seems to me)

maybe I could just change the card?

Hi,
So the WLAN module is a mini PCIe card - If you have another WiFi module try to switch and check if the drivers recognize the card, otherwise consider RMA.

Please note when closing the case for good thermal coupling between the chassis and the processor and chipset in order to have good heat dissipation and not having over temp conditions and system failures.

Thanks,
Maxim.

I have try to change the wireless mini card but still does not work.

The case I had never opened before

If I consider RMA I also consider a shipping and duty. From italy I think it is less than $ 60
