doublesight ds-90ut issues

I have been trying to set up a ds-90ut usb touchscreen with my fit pc2 with no luck. The screen looks fine until I click on an icon I have to move the cursor around to reveal the new window (almost like i am erasing the previous screen). Sorry for the vague description, but don't know how else to describe it.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you see the same problem on an other PCs? The problem as it seems with a video driver.

When I plug it into my Dell desktop in my office it works fine.

I am sorry, but till now we didn't have a chance to get this monitor. I will update you if we will get one
