ETA when orders will ship?

Hi,

So I placed an order on May 27, 2010 for a fit-PC2-C1600-W-ON (Rev 1.4) and on the Jun 17th 2010 and Jun 22th 2010 I sent an inquiry to sales as to when the order would be ready. However, I have yet to hear anything regarding the order.

Is everything ok? Will we get an ETA or update as to when we can expect our orders?

The lead-time for fit-PC2 at the time of order was specified to be 8 weeks. This is for a reason - demand exceeds manufacturing capacity.
ETA is as stated - within 8 weeks from order. If we can supply sooner - we will. If the wait is too long you may cancel the order.

We apologize for the inconvenience. I wish we could ship immediately on order.

Ah, thanks for the response. I was kind of worried because this was a gift for someone and no one at the sales e-mail address were responding to any of my questions.

Actually, at the time of my order lead time was stated as "3 Weeks". It has only moved to "8 Weeks" after sometime later. Would this mean that my order is still under the 3 Week window, or has all orders been pushed up to 8 Weeks? Is there a possibility to know how far up the waiting list one is?

It is very important for us to supply within stated lead time. Therefore I checked our orders queue and could not find an unfulfilled order from 27-May.
Please email sales@fit-pc.com and provide your order details - our sales will check that.

Thanks for all your help. Sales did eventually get back to me and my order arrived safe and sound today!
