DC power lead

I would like to run my Fit-PC2 Ultra from a 12v SLA battery.
The DC 12v connector appears to be a bit unusual according to the tech spec - with a 3.9mm external diameter and a 1.5mm internal diameter.
Any advice for sourcing the correct plug?
