In the revision 1.3 of FC-USB FACET Card added M.2 Key-E socket (normally used for WiFi)

There are 3 differences between the 2 revisions:
- New USB HUB (with a new I2C address).
- Added M.2 type E connector (for WiFi module).
- Added 2 internal USB headers (to add USB connection in the FITLET2 enclosure).
