Quadro RTX 4000 8 GB - questions about the fan

So the main reason I am interested in the Airtop is because I don't like fans. But I do need a GPU, which has fans unfortunately.
So my question is:

1. How many fans does the "Quadro RTX 4000 8 GB" have?
2. Is it loud, as compared with a regular PC fan?
3. Will it accumulate dust in the Airtop Case, creating the need for maintenance?

The Airtop3's design is completely fanless even when configured with a GPU.
The discrete GPU's active cooling is stripped down and special mechanical design applied in order to thermally couple it to the side panel - successfully converting it to a passively cooled GPU.

Does this mean that I would have to buy the Airtop3 with the "Quadro RTX 4000 8 GB" from compulab in order to have it configured fanless?

If I buy the "Quadro RTX 4000 8 GB" separately, would I be able to strip the fan myself?

Unfortunately that is not possible.
The full answer is available at the Airtop3's FAQ:

It is possible to purchase the Airtop3 without a discrete GPU and then when required, to order a whole side panel with the GPU pre-assembled for an easy PnP installation.
