1. Is there eSATAp powered support so the single connector from fitlet can feed alone an external SATA drive, 2.5" or maybe even 3.5"?

2. Also, can two SATA drives be connected via the same eSATA (as some docking stations have USB3.0+eSATA) so that both drives would be simultaneously accessible by fitlet A10?

3. Is eSATA connected drive hot-swappable?

4. Is eSATA connected drive bootable?

1. 2.5" yes. 3.5" no.

2. No.

3. The eSATA is noy designed for hot swapping. I don't think auto detection on plugging will work.

4. Yes.

Is it the onboard controller, or a separate controller on the FACET card?

It is a SATA controller in the APU.
fitlet-i does not use FACET Card.
