Hi DesertAbba,

If you do not have a USB DVD-ROM drive you will need to follow mbirger's link to make a USB bootable Windows installer.

I am not sure if CompuLab has updated their Linux Mint image since I purchased my MintBox (September 2013) but if they haven't, you will need to repartition the hard drive to dual boot, meaning you will lose all the data currently on the device.

I would recommend installing Windows first, and leaving a large portion of your hard drive unformatted (ie., do not let Windows fill the disk, specify another partition which Windows does not use during the installation process) so that you can then install Linux. The linux boot loader is much more multi-boot friendly than the Windows one. Installing Linux after Windows will allow Grub to install to your system partition and build a menu to boot either Linux or Windows when the computer starts.
