The lugs that I am refering to are the screwholes for the base plate.
They are incrementally so large that the Ram memory board has to be forced pass them to replace it in the motherboard.

Machine build quality.
I tried to remove the RAM to gain access to the bios reset pins.
One RAM board strikes the fixing screw hole for the lid/hdd.
I was reluctant to file a few microns off for fear of filling the machine with filings.
Perhaps you could make this lug a little smaller.

Hi, I tried to reset the machine first but my efforts were to no avail. My 78 year old eyes had a job seeing those little solder pads, and besides I do not know whether the board had been laquered to prevent oxidisation. So I failed.
