Re: New BIOS for Intense PC released - 10-Apr-2013
Hello, I'm trying to use the Windows watchdog timer driver and having a bit of trouble. I'm using the x86 driver on Windows 7 32-bit. When trying to start the watchdog service using the recommended method i get the following error: "Windows could not start the Watchdog service on Local Computer Erro...

Re: Start Virtual WiFi Soft AP on boot?
Hey Moonshine, I put the ping in there just to cause a delay at startup before initializing and starting the virtual wifi device. It's not really necessary, but I found it makes it a bit more consistent. If you're just testing out the commands, you might try it manually in a command window. So, open...

Re: Start Virtual WiFi Soft AP on boot?
Hi Moonshine, I use the Virtual WiFi on my Intense PC Pro to connect for maintenance since the system is headless. I can't speak to the fit-pc 3, but i can tell you how I do it. I have a batch file launch at startup (put a shortcut in the startup folder) that starts the Virtual Wifi device. The code...

Re: Analog audio in??
Here's an update for other users having the same problem/concern. A fresh install of Windows was required to get the the analog audio input working again. Regardless of how many times I installed or uninstalled drivers from Compulab or Realtek, it simply wouldn't work. Unfortunately, it still ONLY s...

Re: New BIOS for Intense PC released - 10-Apr-2013
Hello again,
Can you please provide information on how to use the watchdog timer from within Windows? Is there a companion service/application? Do I need to write a memory address manually?
Thank you.

Re: Headless/Monitorless Windows 7
So I thought I'd post a follow-up. Looks like CompuLab has updated the BIOS for the Intense PC. On my Intense PC Pros they now completely work in headless mode with no virtual display drivers or tricking Windows into thinking a VGA monitor is attached. I can confirm that it works with VNC, LogMeIn, ...

Re: New BIOS for Intense PC released - 10-Apr-2013
Hello, I'd like to use the watchdog timer built into this new BIOS. I've enabled the watchdog timer and it certainly works to immediately reboot the machine at a set interval. I'm assuming that there is a companion application that must be run within the OS to make this work correctly. Can you provi...

Thanks for posting a screenshot of your system.
It looks like you don't have a stereo line-input either, only a stereo microphone input. Any ideas on how to change that?
