The Airtop3's design is completely fanless even when configured with a GPU.
The discrete GPU's active cooling is stripped down and special mechanical design applied in order to thermally couple it to the side panel - successfully converting it to a passively cooled GPU.

Re: Change of FACE module?
This is unfortunately beyond the customer's scope due to the Airtop's mechanical design, changing a FACE module require an advanced dis-assembly of the machine including the motherboard.

Re: USB controller on the FC-USB?
The FC-USB does not have its own controller, it uses Cypress USB HUB model CY7C65632 to utilize the SoC's USB controller.

Re: IPC2 mSATA SSD can not be detected in bios and OS
I've tried to replicate the behavior with a similar machine without success. Your IPC2 should automatically identify the mSATA device. If it doesn't please try to perform an RTC reset and see if that helps. Please see visit below to troubleshooting guide to perform an RTC reset: http://fit-pc.com/wi...

We're not familiar with such issue.
I'd suggest to see if re-installing the OS to its latest version may help:

Re: IPC2 I5 4300 Haswell Bios Update
If you can't access the BIOS menu on the IPC2 at startup pressing F2, you could remove the storage device and it will automatically log into it.

Re: fitlet-T BIOS Update?
We're working to test 1866MHz memory modules but meanwhile we've tested 2x 4GB DDR3L 1600Mhz (PC12800) using RAMMon which reports maximum clock speed 800Mhz and maximum transfer speed DDR3-1600. We'll report back once tested with 1866MHz modules. We found that there is inconsistency in the operatio...
