You can always identify your hardware by looking for it's VEN ID and DEV ID from your favorite OS.

After reviewing a similar issues, I suspect it some how related to a localized version of the Windows 7. Can you obtain a copy of non localized English version of Windows 7, and try to reproduce this issue?

Please try to enter the BIOS by rapidly hitting the F2 key immediately after powering on IntensePC. If you have your keyboard connected VIA an USB HUB, please connect it directly to IntensePC

You have a IntensePC Pro model, that features the QM77 chipset. Latest Intense PC system board also features Intel's USB3 controller.
