I have an IA10. The ram is necessary for it to start, not sure about SSD.

I had the same problem at first. I took out the ram and reinstalled several times and it finally worked. Seems it is a little touchy about how it is inserted. Since then it has worked solid for me.

Pretty sure you need at least the ram installed for it to do anything at all beyond lighting the LED. Green and yellow just mean power on and off. I had a similar problem even with ram installed.
