After some investigations, I find that the cause of the kernel panic is virtualbox.
So, I think it is not related to the hardware Fitlet T.

I installed Manjaro kde linux some month ago and all works fine for a while. After some update (also to the kernel, now at 4.9.01) my fitlet T works as well as before but it crashes with kernel panic during almost every shutdown.
