Oh, and yes, this was the problem before updating the BIOS. I went through all the steps on the troubleshooting page before posting here (except for the RMA) before posting here.

Pressing the low profile BIOS Reset button seems to have no effect. All settings were the same as before pressing the button for 3 seconds (I pressed it for about 10 seconds to make sure it was pressed for 3). The BIOS was still the 08.08 version. Overall my new fitlet X-A10-LAN works well the one problem is that it does not want to start up for several minutes after a shutdown.
