Hi All
Thanks for your response.
Am I likely to get the same degraded performance if I change to Ethernet GPIO ?

Slow usb response
Hi All I am using Fitlet-i with Libusb-1.0 to do Control Transfers to a usb port that has an Industrial I/O board connected to it. When doing this on my Laptop it takes 185 micro seconds to do a write to the board. When doing this on The Fitlet-i it takes 700 micro seconds. Although the Laptop is an...

Re: Automatic Boot when power applied
Hi All I had 4 units with this problem. Last Friday I received 4 replacement cmos batteries and sofar have fitted 3 of them. The first time you turn the power ON after that, it still does not boot. But once I set the date and time it seems to boot each time the power is applied. Will watch it for a ...

Re: FitLet does not turn on when power is restored
Hi All I am still waiting for an answer since May 07 for the exact same problem. http://www.fit-pc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=142&t=5976 EDIT: In fact I would like to know what I have to do to HARDWIRE the unit so that power on is guaranteed. I now have multiple units with the same problem and it is ...

Re: Automatic Boot when power applied
Hi All Yes it is definitely a Fitlet-i Barebone. However, I misread the BIOS info. The "Core Version" is 4.6.5.4 But the Bios is SBCFLT_.08.4 Interestingly, if I turn the power OFF for a few minutes the Fitlet will power up when power is re-applied. Then leaving it in power Off mode for 10 minutes, ...

Automatic Boot when power applied
Hi All When I originally installed the Fitlet-B everytime the power was applied, the unit would boot. However with the latest batch of Fitlet-i I need to press the power switch everytime. Because these are inside industrial control boxes to which operators don't have access this is a real nuisance. ...

GPIO Timing accuracy
Hi All If I go through all the trouble of using GPIO and interfacing it to a Solid State Relay, what would be the output pin timing accuracy. For example, I need to drive a pneumatic solenoid that has to be ON for 300 mSec.(operator adjustable) Using usb I am getting 3 or 4 mSec variation, with an o...
