Hi, and thanks again for your reply. I didn't do the BIOS reset. I haven't made any changes to the BIOS, the unit is brand new out of the box, and the troubleshooting page isn't clear that you need to do that every time you have an issue. Memory is installed, it's 2x8GB sticks, and they appear to be...

Yes, have tried both HDMI ports.
Resolution is 1920x1080.
As per OP above, have tried 2 different (make and models different) monitors.
All drivers were installed.
None of the troubleshooting steps at that link seem relevant?

monitor/display won't come on when rebooting
Just bought a fit-PC4 Pro and have installed Win 7 Pro. The monitor is connected using the DVI to HDMI adapter cable. If Windows is running and we try to restart, the fit-PC seems to restart fine, but the monitor won't "kick in" and power up. Have tried 2 different monitors, so don't think it's the ...
