We have a number of FitPC3s. One of them, only a month or so old, has completely stopped putting out any signal from either video port. it's therefore a little hard to troubleshoot blind. another FitPC3 works fine with the same monitors & cables so seems to be a problem with the unit. should i retur...

i have (had already) downloaded and installed all the drivers - everything else works fine. I've been using a USB soundcard since i gave up on trying to get anything out of the fit-pc3, so i know my speakers work just fine.
