Almost a week and not one reply, not to worry unit is now dead with no signs of life at all. Conducted a BIOS reset just in case something had got corrupted but nothing, no led indication, no video output.

Every attempt to install Windows 8.1 results in a black screen and no graphics output. The only way to restore graphics is to boot in safe mode and uninstall AMD Radeon driver. Thanks for the reply, my hardware is not uncommon, it is 3.5mm stereo to RCA adapter plugged into a car amplifier (even tried a old one with the same result). This should be a warning to anyone planning on using this product as a CarPC.

One week gone and still no answer, PM to administrator and still no answer. No form of technical support for FIT PC2 is a bit disappointing. If anyone knows of how to get some technical support for this product please let me know
