Best setup for playing video

I purchased a fit-pc2 with XP from Amazon in December 2009 I use it to play .ISO .AVI and .MKV video files that I have ripped onto a NAS drive. I have the fit-pc connected up to a Samsung 40"LED TV, using the DVI/DMDI and analog audio (hope to get one of the the newer fit-pc's with digital audio out...
